All charter services provided by Flight Two Pty Ltd trading as Flight One are delivered in accordance with the guidelines approved by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority under Air Operators Certificate CASA.TAAOC.0707.
Flight One’s commercial affairs are managed by Flight One (Services) Pty Ltd, which provides administrative support to the AOC Holder and its agents.
Flight One delivers its charter services to clients with the following standard terms and conditions:
In the interests of aviation safety, Flight One reserves the right to refuse carriage to any person (or cargo) deemed to imperil the safety or wellbeing of staff, fellow passengers or aircraft. Flight One will not be responsible for costs incurred by such individuals as a result of their failure to board the aircraft.
Quotations provided by the Company are indicative only.
Quotations presented shall represent the most accurate estimate of costs possible by the Company. However, Flight One reserves the right to vary the final value of an Invoice in the event that there is a material variation to the profile of the mission caused by, but not limited to, circumstances such as:
- in-flight diversions or holding time due to weather, passenger requests, or air traffic control instructions which vary our planned route.
- customer initiated delays on the ground which alter the layover times factored into a quotation.
- a change in the operational status of an airport which limits our ability to safely operate there, subsequent to the issuance of a quote.
Accounts rendered are to be paid 48 hours before departure (or on invoice if in the event of an ‘on demand’ service delivery), unless the client holds an approved and documented credit limit with the Flight One group.
Accounts paid by Credit Card are subject to a surcharge to account for processing fees charged by the merchant services provider.
Cancellations within 48 hours of departure are subject to a minimum fee of $330 inc GST for piston aircraft and $550 inc GST for turbine aircraft.
Flight One reserves the right to vary its standard terms and conditions from time to time.
